Thank you for shopping with Scriptural Reminders. We’re grateful to serve you with faith-inspired products designed to encourage your walk with Jesus. Please read this Shipping & Returns Policy carefully so you know what to expect when placing an order with us.
Order Processing
Most items are made to order, which means your product is printed or produced specifically for you after your order is placed. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before they ship. During holidays, sales, or other high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Where Orders Ship From
We work with a small network of trusted print-on-demand fulfillment partners. Depending on the product you order, items may ship from fulfillment centers in the United States or from trusted international partners, including facilities in China. Because of this, items in the same order may arrive in separate packages and on different days.
Estimated Shipping Times
After your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

U.S. orders fulfilled domestically: typically 5–10 business days

U.S. orders fulfilled internationally: typically 10–21 business days

International orders outside the U.S. (where available): typically 10–28 business days
These delivery windows are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may happen because of carrier issues, customs processing, weather, or holiday demand. If you need an item for a specific date, we recommend ordering as early as possible.
Shipping Rates
We aim to offer free or low-cost shipping whenever possible. Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Some heavier or specialty items may have additional shipping costs, which will be shown on the product page or at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available. Please allow up to 3–5 business days after receiving your tracking number for carrier updates to appear.
Multiple Items in One Order
Because we use multiple fulfillment partners, items in the same order may ship separately and may have different tracking numbers. Some products may arrive earlier than others. This is normal and does not mean part of your order is missing.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned to the sender, we may ask you to pay the reshipping cost to send the order again. Scriptural Reminders is not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout. If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible at scripturalreminders@outlook.com and we will do our best to update it before production or shipment.
Lost, Delayed, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated time frames above, first check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If tracking has not updated for 10 or more business days, or your package appears lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the original estimated delivery date at scripturalreminders@outlook.com.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

Clear photos of the item, the damage or defect, and the packaging if possible
Once we review your claim, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn and unused

In its original condition

With tags, if applicable

In its original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase

No returns/exchanges for wrong size or change of mind

Free reprint/refund for damaged/defective items reported with photos within a set window (like 30 days)
To request a return, contact us at scripturalreminders@outlook.com before sending anything back. Items returned without contacting us first will not be accepted. Once you contact us with photos and proof of purchase we will begin working on your return. We will need to contact our print provider to initiate the return so it may take a few days for the process to be completed.

Non-Returnable Items
Because many of our products are made to order, some items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. We also do not accept returns on:

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
If you need a different size or item, the fastest option is to contact us first. If your return is approved, you may return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at scripturalreminders@outlook.com.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, subject to applicable law. To qualify, the item must still be unworn, unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders shipped outside the United States, your country may charge import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
