Thank you for shopping with Scriptural Reminders. Our goal is to deliver faith‑inspired products that encourage your walk with Jesus and arrive in good condition. Please read this shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect when you order.
Order Processing

Most items are made to order. Once you place an order, your items are printed or produced specifically for you.

Normal processing time is 2–5 business days before your order ships.

During peak seasons, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Where We Ship From
We work with a small network of print‑on‑demand fulfillment partners. Depending on the product you choose:

Some items are shipped from fulfillment centers in the United States.

Other items (for example, certain apparel styles) may ship from trusted international partners, including facilities in China.
This means it is possible for items in the same order to arrive in separate packages and on different days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times can vary based on the product, your location, and the fulfillment center used. The following are general estimates once your order has shipped:

Shipping Rates

We aim to offer free or low‑cost shipping whenever possible.

Any shipping charge for your order will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Certain heavier or specialty items may have an additional shipping cost, which will be clearly marked on the product page or at checkout.
Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (when available).

Please allow up to 3–5 business days after receiving your tracking number for the carrier’s tracking information to update.
Multiple Items in One Order
Because we use more than one fulfillment partner:

Items in the same order may ship separately and have different tracking numbers.

Some products may arrive earlier than others. This is normal and does not mean part of your order is missing.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned to the sender, we may ask you to pay the reshipping cost to send the order to the correct address.

Scriptural Reminders is not responsible for orders delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly at checkout.
If you realize you made an address error, contact us as soon as possible at the email below. If your order has not yet gone into production or shipped, we will do our best to update the address.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order seems significantly delayed beyond the estimated time frames above:

First, check the tracking link in your shipping email.

If the tracking has not updated for 10+ business days, or your package appears lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the original estimated delivery date.
We will open an inquiry with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partner. In many cases we can reship the item once the package is confirmed lost.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We want you to love what you receive.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos of the item and any damage, plus the packaging if possible
Once we review your claim, we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for Non‑U.S. Orders)
For orders shipped outside the United States:

Your country’s customs office may charge import duties, taxes, or fees.

These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.
